For the little over $300 that I paid it is a great deal and looks more expensive in person. The grey is much more neutral than in the online pic, which looked greenish grey to me. And it actually is velvet, not microsuede which I kind of thought it would be. I put it together myself in less than an hour, though it would have been easier with 2 people. It requires NO tools (though I did have to bend one of the brackets a little in order to get one of the ends on). The cushions are firm, as it's brand new, but not hard or uncomfortable at all. Obviously at this price point it's not going to have removable cushions or be best quality velvet or be absolutely perfect in every seam or detail, but as is I'm definitely very satisfied with this sofa..
